The remodel of this cottage has been started, the plumbing has been roughed in, it is ready for pea gavel and a concrete pour for the floor. The seller has run a hot and cold water line out to the shed for an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station. There is a deck on the front of the home that overlooks beautiful Jeptha Lake.
